Summary:

The HR Manager manages the day-to-day operations of Regional HQ and all Regional Human Resource Dept. of J&amp;T Express, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. HR Manager generally handles employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, compensation &amp; benefits, recruitment, and employee data management. And closely works with the HR General Manager for strategic planning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

	<li class="text-justify">Oversees the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Forecasts manpower needs.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Ensures accuracy of employee database (Office Needed)</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Performs routine supervision required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, as well as, complex and/or sensitive matters.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

1. Perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor automated systems, and isolate problems.

2. Troubleshoot non-functioning components including servos, sensors, and control components

3. Maintain and update piping &amp; instrumentation diagarm (P&amp;ID) for all automation and instrumentation of the plant.

4. Communicate critical findings for immediate resolution and keep complete record of all automation and instrumentation equipment.

5. Contributes on reducing maintenance-related machine downtime. 

6. Submits monitoring report of automated system to immediate superior

7. Train/orient operators, initiate testing and verify functionality.

8. Drives improvement by promoting and supporting TPM in the plant.

9. Adhere to safety rules, regulations and programs so that a safe environment is maintained.

10. Follow company EHS, GMP, &amp; HACCP policies.

11. Reports directly to the Plant Maintenance Supervisor
