		<li>Checks the loss data and leads the team towards actions.</li>
		<li>Prepares the loss tree analysis (daily, weekly and monthly)</li>

	<li>Checks on possible reapplications of changes done form one machine to another with similar implementation.</li>

		<li>Investigates the out of limit centerline and provide action item.</li>
		<li>Coaches equipment owner to ensure continuous improvement on the centerline and problem-solving tools</li>
		<li>Establishes standard for centerline with the help of equipment owner.</li>
		<li>Reviews the centerline daily and updates the centerline for any changes done. ·</li>

	<li>Develops control strategies to enable equipment owners to respond to out-of-control situations.</li>

		<li>Reports the time variance during the changeover and leads the team towards analysis and action plans.</li>
		<li>Reports the CO Critique Form % Completion and coaches the team on ensuring 100% Completion.</li>
		<li>Develops, reviews and updates the changeover standards to drive out stops and losses.</li>
		<li>Encourages and coaches the team towards improvement ideas on changeover standards.</li>
		<li>Ensures training on the changeover standards to line team.</li>

Process Lead

<ul>
	<li>Operate rollermills, sifters and related equipment according to standard operating procedures to process wheat into flour. Adjust settings and make necessary changes based on the type of grain being milled</li>
	<li>Regularly inspect and maintain rollermills, and other milling equipment. Ensuring they are in optimal working condition. Lubricate machinery, clean all equipment parts and replace worn or damaged components</li>
	<li>Identify any defects within milling machinery and perform repairs or escalate to maintenance personnel as need. Quickly address any issues that could impact the production process</li>
	<li>Monitor the milling process centerlines, including feed rate, roll pressure and other critical parameters. Adjust the process flow to maximize efficiency, optimize extraction yield and minimize waste</li>
	<li>Observe the DDS and other “daily plan” activities to identify strengths and identify opportunities for improvement</li>
	<li>Meet regularly with the coaches, share observations, and identify help needed.</li>
	<li>Actively engage / pull other coaches / leaders to identify and eliminate critical barriers to progress.</li>
	<li>Emphasize the implementation of preventative (root cause) countermeasures to address losses.</li>
	<li>Ensures the conformances of the quality parameters of the flour. Performs tests, report any discrepancies and make adjustments as needed to meet specifications</li>
	<li>Responsible for checking of the quality parameters of the flour in accordance to SPPS.</li>
	<li>Observe applicable safety and GMP Standards.</li>
	<li>Perform all procedures, guidelines and work instructions for operation and maintenance related processes accordingly</li>
	<li>Dispose all waste properly according to the guidelines.</li>
	<li>Responsible for proper turnover to the incoming equipment owner</li>
	<li>Start the line for the next shift operation</li>
	<li>Summarizes whole day operation and maintenance for consolidation of overall production output and machine activities</li>
	<li>Assist in training new operators and maintain knowledge of best practices for rollermill operation and milling techniques</li>
	<li>Perform other related function being assigned from time to time</li>
