	<li>Determine and establish approved quantity and cost estimate targets on Land Development and Housing including but not limited to labor, subcontracts, materials, construction equipment, services, and facilities as the baseline for monitoring and measuring project performance.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain project budgets. Monitor project spending to ensure adherence to established budgets.</li>
	<li>Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine the financial viability of proposed projects and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.</li>
	<li>Use historical data and trends to forecast future project costs, helping organizations plan for financial needs and avoid budget overruns.</li>
	<li>Review and evaluate proposals from consultants, suppliers, and contractors and prepare a recommendation for approval.</li>
	<li>Handle cascading of awarded bids, bid documents, bid references (suppliers), project details, key plan, and the scope of work to the Construction Management Group.</li>
	<li>Keeps contract and cost control documents inclusive of short-form agreements, requests for proposals, and definitive office estimates (DOE).</li>

Cost Engineer

	<li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.</li>
	<li>Developing leads and referrals.</li>
	<li>Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with brokers to increase sales opportunities.</li>
	<li>Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.</li>
	<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.</li>
	<li>Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and broker performance summaries.</li>
