	<li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients by understanding their business objectives and delivering value-driven solutions.</li>
	<li>Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide relevant IT solutions</li>
	<li>Prepare and present proposals, conduct solution presentations, and lead contract negotiations to close mutually beneficial agreements.</li>
	<li>Coordinate closely with internal teams (technical, delivery, and support) to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.</li>
	<li>Drive account growth through up-selling and cross-selling of IT services and products based on evolving client needs.</li>

Account Manager

This role is titled Customer Service, but the primary responsibilities involve Quality Checking and assigning mystery shoppers.
