	<li>Melakukan promosi dan penjualan produk (melalui telephone, email, chat, dan tatap muka)</li>
	<li>Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan</li>
	<li>Memberikan pelayanan dan konsultasi produk kepada pelanggan</li>
	<li>Berkoordinasi dengan tim marketing lain untuk sinkronisasi strategi promosi</li>
	<li>Bersama tim mencapai target yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan</li>

	<li>Conduct outbound calls to potential clients or customers as listed in the system.</li>
	<li>Clearly and persuasively explain the benefits and features of the company's products or services.</li>
	<li>Handle customer inquiries, objections, and perform follow-ups in accordance with established procedures.</li>
	<li>Update prospect information and status accurately within the CRM system.</li>
	<li>Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product and marketing, to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

	<li>Mengembangkan potensi leads dengan cara mencari dan merekrut BA (Business Agent)/Agen baru BFI dengan profil yang tepat seperti dealer atau showroom mobil yang merupakan orang atau pihak kedua yang bisa mempermudah menghubungkan dengan calon konsumen yang membutuhkan pinjaman dana dengan jaminan BPKB mobil.</li>
	<li>Melakukan rekrutmen BA guna mendukung pengembangan jaringan dan booking konsumen untuk kebutuhan produktif (Modal Usaha) ataupun kebutuhan konsumtif dengan jaminan BPKB Mobil</li>
	<li>Menjaga hubungan kerja dan membantu BA untuk mengembangkan strategi BA guna meningkatkan kontribusi, produktivitas, dan loyalitas BA.</li>
	<li>Melakukan koordinasi dengan supervisor dan pihak lainnya dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas harian termasuk kunjungan dengan BA/agent BFI.</li>
