Assistant Sales Manager – Personal Care is responsible for overall sales, marketing, business development and after sales service effort including inventory management in PP Department. Primary responsibilities to coordinates sales and execute Department strategy to meet business objectives and achieve maximum results. Develop and implement strategies geared at achieving dynamic sales and profit objectives and contribute to the continuous growth of the Company.

1. Achieve the sales targets as set by the Department Manager and constantly maintain a high standard of customer service by active canvassing and cooperation with the total department team.

2. Present, demonstrate as applicable, the products and services to the customers by frequent and planned visits: by personal visits or accompanied by superiors and principals’ representatives as required.

3. Prepare quotations and proposal or cause quotations and proposals to be made and follow up aggressively by utilizing a proper customer tracking system.

4. Submit daily order to Sales Support to prepare sales order and delivery order for delivery, liaise with customer on delivery schedule if necessary.

5. Monitor customers’ payment schedule, collect payment from customer if necessary.

6. Perform effective market penetration by generating high number of inquiries from the market segment assigned and advise superior in due time of sales opportunities where special assistance is required to secure orders.

7. Report and update customer tracking/information system on daily, weekly and monthly basis using the approved department reporting system.

8. Giving input and information to the Superior regarding to the preparation of Annual Sales Budget.

9. Present the company and project a level of professionalism consistent with company’s standards when contacting customers and when communicating with principals by keeping abreast of company policies and of the principals’ products and services.

10. Acquire sound product knowledge by keeping up-to-date with principals’ and other technical literature.

11. Be aware of customer needs, market trends and competitive products and positioning by spending a majority of his time in the field.

12. Make market survey &amp; market report pertaining to assigned industries and product.

13. Must be able to carry out other responsibilities (Reports, Survey, accommodate principals &amp; alike) is the absence of the Supervisor.

14. Keep in high confidentiality information regarding company’s confidential matters.

15. Observe proper professional behaviour and attitude in executing one’s job responsibilities.

16. Any other tasks within your field of competence as assigned by the Management.

Job Description/KPI

Copywriting (you set the bar by example)

<ul>
	<li>Write ad scripts (hooks, bodies, CTAs) AND standalone hooks for hook stacks, across video and static, across all formats: UGC, influencer, customer interview, street interview, etc.</li>
	<li>Write the social copy that runs with every ad: primary text, headlines, and descriptions.</li>
	<li>Write landing pages that convert cold traffic, plus influencer briefs and scripts.</li>
	<li>Develop new concepts, angles, and hooks based on performance data and competitor research.</li>
	<li>Apply Zenith's thinking model to every piece of copy (Big Idea, Approaches, Leads, 8-stage psych journey).</li>
	<li>Build and maintain personal and team swipe files; produce reference assets the team studies and learns from.</li>
	<li>Write in Taglish and Tagalog. Bisaya output as needed.</li>
</ul>

Quality Gate (you protect the bar)

<ul>
	<li>Review all team copy before launch: ad scripts, landing pages, influencer briefs.</li>
	<li>Rewrite weak work and explain every change tied to the thinking model and data.</li>
	<li>Set the bar for what enters the editing pipeline; weak copy does not pass through.</li>
	<li>Run weekly creative reviews and maintain the team's quality standards doc.</li>
	<li>Read and interpret performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, contribution margin) to inform what gets gated and why.</li>
	<li>Build hypotheses for new tests based on what is fatiguing, what is winning, and where gaps exist.</li>
</ul>

Working with the Team and Marketing Head

<ul>
	<li>Brief editors on intent and tone for each script; hand them production-ready copy.</li>
	<li>Sync weekly with the influencer lead on script supply (volume, angle mix, format coverage).</li>
	<li>Daily async copy review with the Marketing Head; apply notes tied to the framework.</li>
	<li>Weekly 1-on-1 with the Marketing Head on creative strategy and review.</li>
	<li>Weekly performance review against KPIs.</li>
