Key responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Sales Target Achievement: Lead sales strategies across retail stores to achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs.</li>
	<li>Promotions &amp; Activations: Plan and manage retail activations, pop-up events, product launches, and seasonal promotional campaigns.</li>
	<li>HQ Reporting: Report to Headquarters in Taguig on designated days each week to present campaign ROI and retail sales performance.</li>
	<li>Visual &amp; Event Merchandising: Ensure in-store displays and event setups comply with global brand standards.</li>
	<li>Cross-functional Coordination: Work with marketing, logistics, finance, and store teams to manage promotional inventory, marketing materials, and campaign logistics.</li>
	<li>Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign results, analyze sales uplift, and prepare post-activation reports.</li>
	<li>Team Leadership: Conduct pre-activation briefings and train store staff and event personnel on promotional mechanics, brand messaging, and upselling.</li>
	<li>Vendor &amp; Agency Management: Coordinate with suppliers, venue partners, and event agencies to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and event requirements.</li>

Retail Sales & Promotions Supervisor

PAFCPIC stands for the Philippine Army Finance Center Producers Integrated Cooperative, affectionately referred to by its members as "PAPSI". PAFCPIC is a multi-awarded cooperative offering financial services through deposits and loans to its members serving in the Armed Forces of the Philippines.   

Its membership consists of military and civilian personnel (both active and retired) of the Philippine Army, Philippine Navy and Philippine Air Force, as well as their immediate dependents. With its current membership totalling more than 120,000 members, its main office is located along Bayani Road in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City and has 25 satellite offices across the country – 13 in Luzon, 5 in Visayas and 7 in Mindanao. 

PAFCPIC is the first institution-based category winner of Gawad para sa Pinakatanging Kooperatiba (Gawad PITAK) of the Land Bank of the Philippines in 2004. It was the first cooperative recognized for Family Welfare and Community Development in 2004 and for Labor-Management Relations in 2013 under the Search for Model Companies by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Center for Industrial Competitiveness. 1. Develops and evaluates plans, policies, and programs of the Department. 
2. Manages the implementation of Audit Plans and Activities such as but not limited 
to regular, specialized, and field audit engagements. 
3. Provides assurance information based on the result of audit activities. 
4. Manages the review and monitoring activities of the office on the Management approved recommendations. 
5. Manages the conduct of risk-based assurance engagements. 
6. Evaluates the output of the advisory engagements of the Department. 
7. Supervises and evaluates the performance of direct reports. 
8. Reviews consolidated reports of the Office. 
9. Performs such other duties as may be directed from time to time.
