Retail Sales & Promotions Supervisor  

Key responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement: Lead sales strategies across retail stores to achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs.
• Promotions & Activations: Plan and manage retail activations, pop-up events, product launches, and seasonal promotional campaigns.
• HQ Reporting: Report to Headquarters in Taguig on designated days each week to present campaign ROI and retail sales performance.
• Visual & Event Merchandising: Ensure in-store displays and event setups comply with global brand standards.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with marketing, logistics, finance, and store teams to manage promotional inventory, marketing materials, and campaign logistics.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign results, analyze sales uplift, and prepare post-activation reports.
• Team Leadership: Conduct pre-activation briefings and train store staff and event personnel on promotional mechanics, brand messaging, and upselling.
• Vendor & Agency Management: Coordinate with suppliers, venue partners, and event agencies to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and event requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, promotions, brand activation, or event management.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage retail promotional campaigns.
• Experience in organizing product launches, pop-up events, and seasonal promotions.
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for sales analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills in monitoring sales performance, campaign ROI, and promotional effectiveness.
• Experienced in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and event agencies.
• Willing to report to the company’s headquarters in Taguig City on designated days.
• Willing to travel to retail stores and event locations as needed.
