Reycom Document Solusi (RDS Group)

	<li>Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and handover.</li>
	<li>Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.</li>
	<li>Coordinate internal technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets scope, schedule, and quality targets.</li>
	<li>Oversee infrastructure implementation including servers, networks, security systems, data centers, and cloud environments.</li>
	<li>Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope changes.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with technical standards, security requirements, and best practices.</li>
	<li>Provide regular project progress reports to management and clients.</li>
	<li>Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business/client stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Ensure proper and complete project documentation.</li>
