	<li>Identify potential clients and promote financial products, such as insurance and investment plans.</li>
	<li>Conduct financial needs analysis to offer tailored solutions to clients.</li>

2. Team Development

<ul>
	<li>Recruit, train, and onboard new financial advisors.</li>
	<li>Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to financial advisors to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.</li>
	<li>Organize training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and selling skills.</li>
</ul>

 

3. Client Relationship Management

	<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.</li>
	<li>Address client concerns and provide after-sales support.</li>
	<li>Ensure all client transactions and communications comply with company and regulatory standards.</li>
