Responsibilities

	<li>Plan, run &amp; optimize ads across Google, Meta, LinkedIn &amp; TikTok</li>
	<li>Research keywords, audiences &amp; competitors to shape strategy</li>
	<li>Manage campaign structure, targeting, bidding &amp; budgets</li>
	<li>Partner with design/content on ad creatives &amp; landing pages</li>
	<li>Improve CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS &amp; conversion rate</li>
	<li>Generate qualified leads for Sales &amp; BD</li>
	<li>A/B test copy, creatives &amp; landing pages</li>
	<li>Track via GA4, GTM &amp; Meta Pixel; deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights</li>
	<li>Use AI tools to automate reporting, ad copy testing &amp; campaign analysis</li>
	<li>Stay current on platform updates &amp; trends</li>

Digital Ads Specialist

1. Sales Support &amp; Lead Generation

<ul>
	<li>Assist in researching and identifying potential enterprise clients through online tools, databases, and industry events.</li>
	<li>Help qualify inbound leads and support outreach efforts through email campaigns and LinkedIn. 
	 </li>
</ul>

2. Proposal Development &amp; Deal Support

<ul>
	<li>Contribute to the development of customized proposals and presentations that align with client goals and challenges.</li>
	<li>Support documentation and coordination during negotiations and contracting phases. 
	 </li>
</ul>

3. Client Engagement &amp; Relationship Building

<ul>
	<li>Join client meetings to observe discovery sessions and understand client needs.</li>
	<li>Assist in preparing meeting briefs, follow-up notes, and client communication. 
	 </li>
</ul>

4. Event Coordination

<ul>
	<li>Help coordinate webinars, seminars, and roundtable events in collaboration with marketing and client teams.</li>
	<li>Support logistics, content preparation, and post-event analysis to measure impact and engagement. 
	 </li>

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

	<li>Work with internal teams to gather case studies, product updates, and market insights for sales materials.</li>
	<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions for sales campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.

6. CRM &amp; Reporting

<ul>
	<li>Ensure timely and accurate updates in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). 
	 </li>
	<li>Support preparation of weekly pipeline reports and performance dashboards.</li>
