Key Responsibilities:
* use Editing Apps that integrate AI (ie. CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT) to generate thumbnails, images, reels, guidebooks
* use Editing the same AI powered Apps to edit our Long form videos (be able to edit four 15-20 min videos per week following our CMO's instructions & high standards)
* create Image Posts for our Social Media Channels following our CMO's instructions & high standards
* vitally important = be able to follow the CMO's instructions & meet his high standards
* and additional marketing tasks as needed

Computer/Laptop/Internet Requirements:
• Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 10 Mbps
• Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet
• Intel Core i5 or higher Operating System with at least 12gb RAM
• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
• Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions

Work Hours
* full-time = 40 hours per week, work schedule is based on your time zone and must be consistent work hours, you cannot work whenever you want.
* You must attend our morning marketing huddle mon-fri 8:09am cst - 8:45am cst

Compensation & Benefits:
* be able to build a career working from home, no more 3-4 hour commutes to work
* monthly salary for full-time
* your compensation is based on your ability to execute your checklist on time with 100?curacy.
* during your 3 month probation period you will be paid $520/mo. The 3 months is an opportunity for you to show us the type of results you can produce, as that will determine your base salary after the 3 months.
* Bonuses are based on how much you exceed your quota, minimum KPIs. Bonuses are paid quarterly.
