As the Director of Events at PT Nusa Dua Indonesia-Dyandra Convention Center Surabaya, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of all events and conferences hosted by the company. This is a critical role that will have a direct impact on the success of the company's hospitality and tourism business in Surabaya, East Java.

Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the company's reputation</li>
	<li>Oversee all aspects of event management, including budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site coordination</li>
	<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams</li>
	<li>Continuously seek new and innovative ways to improve the event experience and exceed client expectations</li>
	<li>Manage a team of event professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback</li>
	<li>Analyse event data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future planning 
	 </li>
