	<li>Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Understand and document end-to-end banking process flows.</li>
	<li>Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).</li>
	<li>Create process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.</li>
	<li>Manage and track project tasks using JIRA.</li>
	<li>Support SIT and UAT activities to ensure system readiness.</li>
	<li>Prepare presentation decks for business and management meetings.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with data security rules and IT governance policies.</li>
	<li>Support project timeline monitoring using MS Project.</li>
	<li>Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams.</li>
