Job Overview/Summary

The Training Associate/Facilitator plays a key support role in the delivery of virtual training programs, ensuring learners receive a structured, engaging, and well-supported training experience. Responsibilities and Duties

Training Delivery &amp; Support (30%)

Deliver and support high-quality virtual workshops and training sessions aligned with program objectives

Maintain strong learner engagement and create an inclusive, interactive virtual learning environment

Address learner questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner

Demonstrate professional on-camera presence, clear communication, and facilitator readiness during all live sessions

Coaching &amp; Skills Development (25%)

Conduct targeted coaching sessions to address identified skill gaps and support VA readiness

Provide actionable feedback and guidance to help learners improve performance

Monitor learner progress following coaching interventions and adjust support as needed

Documentation &amp; Compliance (20%)

Complete trainee scorecards accurately and in a timely manner

Content Review &amp; Updates (15%)

Review assigned training modules for accuracy, clarity, and relevance
