Tax Staff

<ul>
	<li>Manage and coordinate the work performed by our outsourced administrative support providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery</li>
	<li>Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the outsourced service providers, addressing any issues or concerns that arise</li>
	<li>Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced administrative services against agreed service level agreements</li>
	<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with providers to implement optimisations</li>
	<li>Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to outsourced administrative services</li>
	<li>Support the procurement and onboarding of new outsourced service providers as needed</li>
	<li>Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures for effective outsourcing management</li>

Outsourcing Management Staff

	<li>Maintain the implementation of QMS ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025 in company</li>
	<li>Maintain the implementation of product certification (SNI, JIS, BIS, MS, TIS, etc.) and shipbuilding (BKI, ABS, DNV, etc.)</li>
	<li>Implement document control through ISO Documentation System</li>
	<li>Prepare management review material and follow-up management representative comment</li>
	<li>Communicate document and record charges to related departments</li>
	<li>Developing and implementing quality control procedures to monitor and maintain product quality</li>
	<li>Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products</li>
	<li>Analyzing quality data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement</li>
	<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions</li>
	<li>Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices</li>
	<li>Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards</li>
	<li>Contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality management system</li>

Quality Management Staff

	<li>Forecast and plan the procurement of raw materials to meet production targets</li>
	<li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials</li>
	<li>Manage the transportation of raw materials from suppliers to our production facilities</li>
	<li>Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimise supply chain logistics</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any procurement or logistics issues</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to raw material procurement and transportation</li>
	<li>Continuously seek ways to improve procurement and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness</li>

Raw Material Procurement Planning and Transportation Staff

	<li>Administer and manage the company's health insurance program, including processing claims, liaising with insurance providers, and maintaining accurate records</li>
	<li>Assist employees with understanding their health insurance benefits and resolving any queries or issues</li>

	<li>Analyse health insurance usage data and provide recommendations to improve the company's benefits offerings</li>
