	<li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements</li>
	<li>Support the month-end and year-end closing processes</li>
	<li>Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records</li>
	<li>Reconcile accounts and ensure the integrity of financial information</li>
	<li>Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analyses for management</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making</li>
	<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls</li>

Finance Staff

<ul>
	<li>Providing accurate and timely interpretation between Korean and Indonesian/English in a variety of settings, including meetings, presentations, and negotiations</li>
	<li>Translating written documents, reports, and correspondence between Korean and Indonesian/English</li>
	<li>Assisting in the coordination of cross-cultural activities and events</li>
	<li>Serving as a cultural liaison, providing insights and guidance to ensure effective collaboration between Korean and Indonesian/English-speaking parties</li>
	<li>Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information</li>
	<li>Contributing to the overall success of the organisation by supporting effective communication and understanding</li>
</ul>

Korean Interpreter

<ul>
	<li>Oversee the annual renewal of long-term contracts covering operational support, processing, transportation, and auxiliary services within the steel mill.</li>
	<li>Analyze cost structures related to labor, materials, and equipment used in outsourced services.</li>
	<li>Determine appropriate pricing by referencing benchmarks such as the Producer Price Index and other relevant data.</li>
	<li>Prepare cost calculations and negotiate contract terms with vendors to secure optimal pricing within budget constraints.</li>
	<li>Manage and coordinate the activities of outsourcing partners to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.</li>
	<li>Act as the primary liaison between the company and outsourcing vendors, addressing concerns and resolving issues as they arise.</li>
	<li>Monitor vendor performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.</li>
	<li>Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in collaboration with outsourcing partners.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to vendor contracts, performance, and correspondence.</li>
	<li>Support the procurement, evaluation, and onboarding process for new outsourcing vendors as needed.</li>
	<li>Contribute to the development and implementation of outsourcing management policies and procedures.</li>
