The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for handling the documentation and requirements of clients who avail of Loft’s business services.

What you’ll do

<ul>
	<li>Ensure projects remain within scope and timeline</li>
	<li>Report the progress of projects to the client success team on a regular basis</li>
	<li>Assist in tracking project issues and drive their resolution</li>
	<li>Log and update project status via Asana</li>
	<li>Proactively make suggestions to the team on how to improve current process</li>
	<li>Must maintain excellent relationship with partners and stakeholders (i.e. government offices, banks, and others)</li>
	<li>Request budget needed and manage the liquidation on a timely basis</li>
	<li>Ensure successful turnover of documents to clients and/or the client success team</li>

Onsite Project Coordinator

Stradcom Corporation is the proponent of the multi-billion peso computerization of the Philippine Land Transportation Office (LTO), the agency that registers motor vehicles, issues drivers' licenses, and enforces laws of land transportation, and is administered under the Department of Transportation (DOTr).

Through a nationwide IT infrastructure consisting of the development of software for formal business processes, the establishment of a huge data powerhouse, the interconnection of LTO's almost 300 offices, the delivery of all hardware and equipment, and the provision of operating and support services throughout the entire concession agreement, which is now in its extension period, STRADCOM provides a service to government consistent with the provisions of the BOT Privatization Law (in particular, a Build-Own-Operate <BOO> contractual scheme), while establishing a solid business model built on the generation and collection of service revenues from the transacting public.
