	<li>Review, validate, and enter POs into internal systems (EDI/manual)</li>
	<li>Confirm order quantities, pricing, ship windows, and routing requirements</li>
	<li>Ensure alignment with inventory availability and production schedules</li>
</ul>

Order Risk &amp; Exception Management

<ul>
	<li>Proactively identify risks to fill rate, including inventory shortages or production delays</li>
	<li>Communicate cuts, delays, and push-outs to customers in a timely and professional manner</li>
	<li>Partner with Supply Chain and Planning to mitigate risks and improve outcomes</li>
	<li>Track and manage all open order issues through resolution</li>
</ul>

Customer Communication

<ul>
	<li>Serve as primary point of contact for assigned Mass accounts (Target, Walmart)</li>
	<li>Respond to all customer inquiries within defined SLA (same-day response expected)</li>
	<li>Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication at all times</li>
	<li>Provide proactive updates on order status, delays, and issue resolution</li>
</ul>

Execution &amp; Compliance

<ul>
	<li>Ensure all orders meet retailer compliance requirements (routing, labeling, ASN accuracy)</li>
	<li>Monitor and reduce chargebacks tied to execution errors</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate records of order status, changes, and communications</li>
	<li>Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and reporting</li>
</ul>

Customer Operations Specialist: Grocery | Work From Home

The Website Project Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that clients who have purchased Agent Image X, Agent Pro, Property Pro, Semi-Custom, and Access websites receive best-in-class websites and customer service.

They also:

<ul>
	<li>Assist our clients through the website production process until their website is launched.</li>
	<li>Act as the bridge between our clients and the development team.</li>
	<li>Ensure the project remains within scope.</li>
	<li>Report the progress of projects to clients on a regular basis.</li>
	<li>Try to keep the project timeline within the approved schedule.</li>
	<li>Proactively make suggestions to clients on how to improve their online presence through industry best practices.</li>
</ul>

Responsibilities include:

<ul>
	<li>Manage the website projects in production.</li>
	<li>Must maintain excellent customer relationship.</li>
	<li>Assist in tracking web project issues and drive their resolution.</li>
	<li>Create project status reports and deliver status updates to clients and manager.</li>
	<li>Determine what our clients’ goals are and provide expert advice on how clients can achieve these goals.</li>
	<li>Is responsible in ensuring that our clients are provided the services that they need in order to achieve their business goals.</li>
	<li>Provide support on internal and client projects.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with our Los Angeles office by phone &amp; email.</li>
	<li>Anticipate errors in the projects prior to clients calling customer support or sales.</li>
	<li>Successful launch of projects with little to no tweaks from Quality Assurance.</li>
	<li>Be Proactive in reviewing the websites for possible issues and revisions.</li>
	<li>Establish smooth communication between clients and our development team, enabling different departments to work effectively and meet/surpass clients' expectations.</li>
	<li>Should not have more than 1 Valid escalation or escalation that lead to cancellation for the last trimester.</li>
	<li>Is able to zero out non-contacts every end of the week.</li>
	<li>Undergo and pass Advanced IDX training.</li>
</ul>
