The Website Project Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that clients who have purchased Agent Image X, Agent Pro, Property Pro, Semi-Custom, and Access websites receive best-in-class websites and customer service.

They also:

<ul>
	<li>Assist our clients through the website production process until their website is launched.</li>
	<li>Act as the bridge between our clients and the development team.</li>
	<li>Ensure the project remains within scope.</li>
	<li>Report the progress of projects to clients on a regular basis.</li>
	<li>Try to keep the project timeline within the approved schedule.</li>
	<li>Proactively make suggestions to clients on how to improve their online presence through industry best practices.</li>
</ul>

Responsibilities include:

<ul>
	<li>Manage the website projects in production.</li>
	<li>Must maintain excellent customer relationship.</li>
	<li>Assist in tracking web project issues and drive their resolution.</li>
	<li>Create project status reports and deliver status updates to clients and manager.</li>
	<li>Determine what our clients’ goals are and provide expert advice on how clients can achieve these goals.</li>
	<li>Is responsible in ensuring that our clients are provided the services that they need in order to achieve their business goals.</li>
	<li>Provide support on internal and client projects.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with our Los Angeles office by phone &amp; email.</li>
	<li>Anticipate errors in the projects prior to clients calling customer support or sales.</li>
	<li>Successful launch of projects with little to no tweaks from Quality Assurance.</li>
	<li>Be Proactive in reviewing the websites for possible issues and revisions.</li>
	<li>Establish smooth communication between clients and our development team, enabling different departments to work effectively and meet/surpass clients' expectations.</li>
	<li>Should not have more than 1 Valid escalation or escalation that lead to cancellation for the last trimester.</li>
	<li>Is able to zero out non-contacts every end of the week.</li>
	<li>Undergo and pass Advanced IDX training.</li>

About the Role 

The Service Advocate creates user experiences that are simple, valuable, and inspired. They are responsible for making sure that all professionals get best-in-class support whenever they contact Thumbtack Support Operations by addressing their concerns correctly and accurately, you will help set our professionals up for success.

What you’ll do

	<li>Maintain excellent knowledge of Thumbtack’s products and services after completing our training and onboarding program </li>
	<li>Participate in 30-40 inbound requests through the different channels (phone, chat, SMS, and email) daily with our users to determine the best solution to get jobs done and grow small businesses</li>
	<li>Obsess over customers and professionals by constantly focusing on solutions and guiding professionals to maximize their engagement and experience with Thumbtack </li>
	<li>Demonstrate accountability by meeting/exceeding monthly productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate targets and finding ways to improve KPIs, guidelines, and processes </li>
	<li>Maintain a deep understanding of the Thumbtack policies and keep abreast of recent changes and new additions to the policy in order to process refund and email tickets effectively </li>
	<li>Contribute as a team member by engaging in coaching sessions, team meetings, team-building activities, and other team and company events </li>

About the role

As a Customer Success Specialist (CSS), you bring our Thumbtack mission to life! This is a part of our inbound/outbound sales and success efforts, where you would work specifically to resolve customer plans to service their homes. By handling customer requests through our users' different channels (phone, chat, SMS, and email), you navigate the challenges of customer needs, profile requests, and more specifically service inquiries. Our best representatives are enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced revenue-driving environment that builds customer trust, loyalty, and drive departmental goals. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound and inbound sales efforts, with experience in recovery and expansion programs. Must also be adaptable in your sales pitch to meet customer and departmental needs. 

What you’ll do

<ul>
	<li>Partner with our customers by listening to their needs and providing the best solutions - you’re the expert! </li>
	<li>Maintain excellent knowledge of Thumbtack’s products and services, as well as industry standards and best practices for home maintenance, improvement, and repair projects.</li>
	<li>Participate in at least 55 inbound and outbound calls per day with our users to determine the best solution to get jobs done.</li>
	<li>Successfully build rapport with the customers and be able to anticipate their needs</li>
	<li>Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.</li>
	<li>Actively listen to customer concerns, have the ability to probe, and be able to provide recommendations when necessary.</li>
	<li>Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries with effective problem-solving and de-escalating skills while building a relationship with the caller.</li>
	<li>Proactively follow up with customers via SMS and/or email.</li>
	<li>Maintain high-performance metrics including revenue attainment, quality adherence, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and net promoter scores.</li>
	<li>Continuously look for areas of improvements that drive revenue and communicate trends to the appropriate parties.</li>
	<li>Make independent and insightful decisions while keeping the customer and company needs in mind.</li>
	<li>Engage with team members through weekly development sessions, training, and support interactions that help build each other. </li>
