	<li>Support the Head of HR in formulating and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals</li>
	<li>Assist in monitoring and supporting the achievement of team KPIs to help maintain high performance standards</li>

	<li>Take the lead on day-to-day recruitment efforts—job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selection with relevant teams</li>
