- Respond to inbound calls from customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Handle customer and user queries and provide resolutions to issues based on company policy.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support at all times.
- Monthly fixed salary P17,000 to P20,000
- Night differential pay

- Bachelors degree graduate or undergraduate; OR, High school graduate with technical background
- With at least 6 months call center or BPO experience servicing voice accounts
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule. Willing to be assigned in Fairview, Quezon City.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting with typing speed of 25-30wpm
