Job Description
- Calling customers before due date as a payment reminder
- Calling delinguent customers after due date as a payment demand
- Helping customers on payment services
- Helping customers about financial services
- Maximizing credit collection effectiveness by active contacting customer (calling) and collection of promises to pay ( PTP )
- Enforcing payment term as per contract
Minimum Qualifications
- Age between 18 to 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as Desk Collection ( Preferably from Recovery Bucket ) and working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): communication skills, negotiation skills
- Preferably Staff specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
