Job Description
- Monitor sales orders available for billing and ensure invoices are submitted to customers with great accuracy and on-time
- Evaluate sales orders available for billing configuration, Master Service Arrangement and open cases and deliver a high-quality invoice based on sales order details
- Support sales team with vendor setup forms
- Address case issues submitted to the billing email alias and follow-up with sales and accounts receivable, as needed
- Hit collection activity and cash targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis against assigned set of accounts
- Proactively get ahead of invoices approaching due dates
- Follow up on all invoices in a timely manner and provide analysis for slow paying customers, disputes, and doubtful accounts
- Update finance, ERP, and CRM systems with collection notes, follow up dates, payment commitments, and disputes
- Perform daily cash applications in NetSuite. Maintain Excel files of daily cash collections
- Maintain case files in Sales Force related to payment advice and collection issues.
- Complete and return Vendor forms for new customers.
- Assist the collections and sales teams with responding to customer inquiries on billings and address issues on a timely basis
Minimum Qualifications
- Good attention to details
- Must have B2B collections experience
- Must have cash applications experience
- Experience in collaborating with client procurement departments
- Netsuite System experience preferred
- Experience in high volume invoicing environment
- Experience in customer-facing environment – Billing/AR
- B2B Collections required
- Proven record of hitting daily/weekly/monthly targets
