Job Description
Di era digital ini, BCA membutuhkan seseorang yang memiliki kemampuan khususnya di bidang media sosial. Adapun seorang Social Media Staff akan berperan untuk membuat laporan bulanan pencapaian layanan Social Media Halo BCA (Webchat, Email, Social Media Account) dan menganalisa hasil pencapaian. Mereka juga akan mendukung pengembangan layanan Social Media Halo BCA, monitoring kegiatan operasional layanan Social Media Halo BCA, membuat Analisa Trend Social media di industri dan penerapannya di layanan Social Media Halo BCA serta memberikan feedback atas konten social media BCA dan memastikan kesesuaian respon/solusi dari layanan social media BCA.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal lulusan S1/S2 dari latar belakang pendidikan komunikasi dan digital marketing
- IPK minimal 2.75 dari skala 4.00
- Usia maksimal 25 tahun untuk lulusan S1 dan 27 tahun untuk lulusan S2
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang digital marketing atau media sosial merupakan nilai plus
- Mempunyai minat tinggi untuk mengembangkan diri di dunia perbankan
- Proaktif dan inisiatif yang tinggi
- Menyukai tantangan dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, serta interaksi yang baik
- Fasih dalam berbahasa inggris
