Job Description
- Develop system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts & defining bookkeeping policies and procedures, record day to day financial transactions, complete the posting process, and verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book
- Produce records, reports, and financial statements
- Supervise transactions/document filing
- Coordinate month- and year-end closing
- Study existing and new legislation; anticipate future legislation; enforce adherence to requirements; file financial reports; advise management on needed actions
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in tax or accounting

At least 1 years of experience as Bookkeeper

Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles

Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

Preferably having a certification of brevet A and B

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and knack for numbers

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
