Job Description
Key Accountability Areas
- Facilitate in live or recorded training sessions
- Partner with other members of Training and Organization Development Department to develop eLearning versions of classroom and written training materials
- Manage the end-to-end process of the Caspo Learning Hub from conceptualization, creation, testing, implementation and roll-out, evaluation of courses, monitoring and assessment of learners’ progress.
- Work in close coordination with the IT Software Development Team for the integration of developed modules in Company Platform
Minimum Qualifications
Years of Experience
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 4 years of experience in the conduct of Training and Workshop
- At least 2 years experience in training materials design or web design
- Experience in working on LMS platforms is a plus
- Experience in working on Sharepoint is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
- Platform skills for face to face training and workshop
- Knowledge on adult learning and education
- Foundational understanding of instructional design theory and techniques
- Ability to work with e-learning and blended learning programs, computer-based training development, and asynchronous learning content
- Knowledge on Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) and any other editing software for images, videos, etc.
Education
- Graduate of at least a 4-year University Degree Course
Qualities
- Position requires working onsite (Makati Office)
- Willing to work late from time to time as some attendees are from different time zones.
