Job Description
- Assist with any incident investigation and unresolved issues connected with the use of first aid supplies or action by the Health and Safety Officer.
- Provide immediate lifesaving care to any casualties before further medical care arrives.
- Report incidents, actions taken and maintains records for future reference.
- Conduct inspections to all equipments including facilities and report any unsafe conditions.
- Manage the incident to ensure continuing safety.
- Undertakes quarterly checks of first aid kits to ensure it is compliant with safety standards including disposal of expired items.
- Ensure local information is available in obtaining first aid assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Skilfull and tactful to manage the situation
- With CPR or First Aider Certification
- Respond promptly when requested
- Know how to secure additional help when needed.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;

Diamond Drilling Corporation of the Philippines (DDCP) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company. Established in 1971, DDCP is a pioneer provider of mineral exploration drilling services in the country.
DDCP primary handles surface and underground drilling requirements of its mother company, LCMC in Benguet, and its sister company, Manila Mining Corporation in Surigao del Norte.
The company has also provided exploration and drilling services in various projects for other companies such as Far Southeast Gold Resources and MRL Gold Philippines.
Specialized drilling services has also been
provided to the geothermal energy sector with the completion of three geothermal slim holes for the
Department of Energy and Basic Energy Corporation.
Several completed contracts for mining, water
well, geotechnical and geothermal drilling with approximately one million meters drilled over a span of
47 years is proof of the company’s success and resiliency.
DDCP intends to expand its operations this year to meet the drilling and exploration requirements of other
industries.
