Job Description
Duties
- Conduct general project site observation/inspection of the MEPF works for contractor’s adherence to the approved shop drawings and consultant’s specification, good working practices and construction schedule.
- Monitor construction schedule during the progress of site works with regards to MEPF and report to the immediate supervisor.
- Advise the immediate supervisor on any technical aspect of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection works that may affect construction progress and quality.
- Review plans and shop drawings in conjunction with other trades to ensure engineering co-ordination and advise the immediate supervisor accordingly.
- Develop programs and system for application regarding mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing aspects for design, construction, and facility management
- Organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
- Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of the work.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree and Professional License in Electrical Engineering
- Has general and technical knowledge in MEPF; analytical and able to recommend possible sound solutions
- Able to interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications.
- Has ability to work/perform well under pressure.
- Computer literate (AutoCAD and project management software.)
