Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accepting and handling all calls, website, social media, text and viber inquiries.
- Handles bookings of prospective clients, confirms client’s preferred date, time and location and encodes such details immediately.
- Follows up prospective clients with no bookings or for booked clients who failed to show up for a consultation.
- Establishes and maintains good rapport and relationship with clients and co-workers by displaying and conversing in a positive and professional attitude.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Open for Undergrad
- (1) year work experience in telemarketing and/or customer service,
