Job Description
- Gain a deep understanding of costumer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Collaborates with Sales Team to ensure opportunities are effectively covered and advanced
- Collaborate with the Tech Team, Sales & Marketing Team in product development lifecycle
- Creating detailed product requirement specifications for handover to the Tech Team
- Monitor, plan, analyse, evaluate features and products
Minimum Qualifications
- Max. 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- Good team work and as well as individual strong
- Have a good skill of time management and organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal communication skill, analytical thinking, having knowledge in presentation, result- oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Min 1 years previous experienced as Presales/Customer Experience
- Previous experience in a high-paced start up environment with exposure to software development, mobile application technologies and/or digital marketing is a plus
- Good Communication in English
- Willing to work at Sunter, Jakarta Utara
