Job Description
The customer support role is responsible for managing non-voice chats and email queue, providing best foot forward customer service to resolve all customer issues with product or service. This also includes navigating the back office tools and entering relevant data to satisfy conditions for existing events.
General
- responds to customer and event issues in a timely fashion
- liaise with colleagues via available communication channels and on email to resolve real-time issues
- strives to ensure a high customer satisfaction level always
Customer Service
- assist customers via chat and email in a timely and accurate manner
- offers proactive support to address errors, mistakes and technical faults
- process customer documents where needed
- ID verification, fraud analysis, and customer profiling
- meets or exceeds quality targets via offering excellent customer service
- Event Setup and Fulfillment
- ensure that event details are entered correctly into the system
- reviews previously created events and updates details when needed
- monitor and analyze event data in real time
- proactively research for data and statistics via available reference sites
- timely and accurate entry of data into the system
Audit
- review client accounts and individual events where needed
- resolve any errors and report inconsistencies
- gather data that will be relevant for future improvement

Minimum Qualifications
