Property Management Officer  

• Analyzing property and locations as a place of business according to standards and operational needs.
• Analyzing the process of purchasing and leasing transaction, reviewing the maturity of the building according to the schedule.
• Responsible for carrying out the appraisal process for building assets owned by the company on a regular basis.
• Coordinate and communicate well with the cross function departments.
• Suggest a SOP draft related to building search activities as a guideline for operational implementation to ensure everything goes well.
• Suggest team capability and performance development for competency development.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture
2. Minimum GPA of 3.00
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, SAP 2000 software
5. Ability to conceptualize design, develop design, create detailed 2D and 3D working drawings
6. Good knowledge of building materials, construction details, and interior design
7. Able to calculate costs for renovation and building repairs
8. Capable of creating project renovation timelines and ensuring smooth timeline execution
9. Basic knowledge of Green Building principles
10. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and high awareness of interior building conditions
11. Able to communicate and coordinate with external parties including vendors, contractors, and field teams
12. Able to work accurately, with attention to detail, quickly, and responsibly
13. Able to work under deadline pressure and follow new trends.
