Job Description
- Assist Project Manager to monitor and control project.
- Collect receipt, payment evidence and others document related to cost of project and Department.
- Prepare, create and update cost/claim report.
- Record, update and maintain project tools and also other companys asset
- Assist in preparing project management plan, project status reports, presentations, project deliverables, project meetings and project documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with GPA min. 3.50
- Minimum 1 year working experience as a Project Administrator / Project Officer in IT projects.
- Knowledge in Project Management Administration.
- Have initiative, self motivated, concern to detail, willing to adapt with high changing
