Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries from sellers and buyers through call, social media or email
- Manage and resolve customer related issues and escalations
- Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
- Analyze customer experience reports and insights and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Diploma degree from any major
- Min. 6 months experience as Customer Service or Call Center, fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills & customer-oriented
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Driven and motivated
- Willing to work in shift and has big interest working in e-commerce company
- Willing to work in contract-based for 3 months
- Able to join immediately
