Job Description
- Prepares, processes and completes all incoming and outgoing transactions from external parties;
- Coordinates and works with external parties regarding these transactions;
- Prepares packing lists for outgoing shipment, and packages these materials as prescribed;
- Ensures and monitors timely delivery of these materials;
- Keeps track of shipment packing, transportation, and other related details;
- Checks and monitors the items being received;
- Takes care of these merchandise once received;
- Properly handles the items being shipped;
- Oversees replacement of broken office equipment;
- Manages the inventory and places orders with external parties;
- Maintains a file of inventory of logistics-related items and regularly submits a monthly inventory report;
- Keeps the warehouse stocked, clean, and organized;
- Reviews and verifies shipment documentation;
- Issues the proper documents to the internal and external parties, and ensures that these documents be properly reviewed and approved by both sender and receiver;
- Files, organizes and maintains shipment documentation and records.
