Job Description
- Responsible to create and manage Excellent Customer Service
- Manage SLA of Customer Service (Call Center Unit).
- Understand the most effective and efficient solution for the Company
- Able in handling Customer Service both thru voice and Non Voice (Live chat/ email).
- Responsible in doing KYC (Know Your Customers)
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years working as customer service officer / call center officer
- Experience in handling customer service both thru voice and non voice (chatt, sosmed, email, etc)
- Excellent in complaint handling & maintain positive image of company
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills & able to work as a team
- Pro-active and passionate working in any kind of circumstances
