Job Description
- Project Management/Business Analysis
- Analyze as-is, gaps and to-be processes to define system/technology requirements
- Understand, capture and translate customer needs and requirements into implementable business and technology solutions to enable long-term success
- Provide technology analysis and deliver quality functional/application designs
- Incorporates industry, function, and/or business expertise into recommended solutions
- Develop and implement quality business solutions for the customer.
- Ensure technology solutions represent current and future business requirements.
- Assist in effective project management - Create work plans which define scope, resources, milestones, quality, risk, deliverables, and acceptance criteria in agreement with the customer
- Oversee/support the execution of delivery work of assigned project.
- Create project deliverables, ensuring for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
- Assist in ensuring all project deliverables in scope are completed and signed-off.
- Assist in ensuring project close-out activities are completed.
- Provide accurate and useful project or issues status reports
- Assist in ensuring goals for teams are being met and manage group commitments
- Work with team to enhance business and technical knowledge
- Assist in Identifying, raise and mitigate project risks.
- Assist in reviewing, validating, assign and managing issues.
- Assist in Tracking progress and manage issue review meetings.
- Assist in managing the initial escalation of risks & issues.
- Confirm and close resolved risks & issues.
- Manage the defects across the testing effort.
- Review defects for completeness and validity.
- Assist in meeting with stakeholders to agree on the priority and action for defects.
- Assist in assigning defects to team members for analysis and resolution and monitor closure of defects.
- Assist in Identifying if new requirements emerge from defects.
- Scope Change Management
- Assist in reviewing, validating, and assigning scope changes for analysis & track progress.
- Participate and/or support review and approval meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or any business-related course
- Must have 2 years of experience in Project Management
- Has experience in Business Analysis
- Amenable to work in Boni, Mandaluyong or Gateway, Cubao
- Regular Shift, 10AM to 7PM
