The HR Business Partner Specialist collaborates with the HRBP team to enhance the employee experience through HR services, focusing on organizational development, learning and development, talent engagement, and retention, while also contributing to initiatives that improve overall organizational effectiveness.

The HR Business Partner Specialist collaborates with the HRBP team to enhance the employee experience through HR services, focusing on organizational development, learning and development, talent engagement, and retention, while also contributing to initiatives that improve overall organizational effectiveness.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support TLs in identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes including forecasting and planning their talent pipeline
- Assist in identifying training needs, coordinating training sessions and engagement activities, ensuring that planned employee programs are effectively implemented through monitoring and collaboration with TLs and TMs

- Is Proficient in Learning and Development

- Is Proficient in HR Policies and Procedures
- Is Proficient in Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Is Proficient in HR Process, Systems and Technology
- Has experience in Project Management
What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Professional: At least 2 years experience in human resources
- Leadership: Experience in any leadership role is not required
- Project: Experience in leading the implementation of project initiatives is an
advantage - Bachelor’s Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any 4-year course ; 2-year course can be considered if there is a relevant experience
