Job Description
- Assist the President to effectively manage time.
- Organizing and preparing for client and other meetings
- Prepare reports as requested
- Manage travel bookings
- Coordinate the drafting, design and publication of marketing materials
- Provide suggestions for improvement of marketing activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- With Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Must be organized and have good time management skills.
- Email and calendar management skills
- Can handle pressure and meet deadlines
- At least 1 year of working experience in secretarial and executive assistant task.
- Has an excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
