- Supervise and coordinate general services operations, including housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control activities, to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
- Monitor the performance of housekeeping, landscape, and pest control teams, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and service areas, identify operational issues, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to general services activities, schedules, and service performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Support the planning and implementation of maintenance and facility-related activities to maintain optimal operational conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- At least 2 years of experience in General Services, preferably from an apartment/office tower.
- Experienced in handling housekeeping, landscape, and pest control.
- Willing to be placed in Puri Mansion Apartment, Cengkareng.
