Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs by evaluating the current EAs’ strengths and weaknesses
- Plan, design, and develop comprehensive training plans, curriculum, and materials, and determine appropriate delivery mechanisms
- Implement and facilitate training activities and programs on general workplace standards, processes, values, skills (soft and hard skills), tasks/playbooks, etc. for new hires and existing EAs
- Consult and collaborate with team members and stakeholders on training topics and related issues
- Track and keep accurate data of training attendance, progress, and scores
- Coordinate with other trainers and playbook pros in the implementation of training programs
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Rate and benefits:
- $5/hr net
- HMO coverage once you’ve reached (6) six months in the job.
- Maximum benefit limit of Php 200,000 per year for the Athena contractor.
- Maximum benefit limit of Php 100,000 per year for the dependent/s.
- Free (1) one dependent once you’ve reached (1) one year in the job.
- Optional - (2) two additional dependents to be voluntarily shouldered by the Athena contractor, and payable within (6) six months.
- Pre-existing conditions are covered.
- $.50/hr increase after 6 months and annually thereafter
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in training and development
- Internet speed of at least 5 Mbps
- Experience in using learning management systems or platforms
- Experience in using GSuite apps and project management apps
- Must be willing to work PH graveyard shifts

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people
- Strategic mindset - ability to determine training needs and objectives
- Innovative thinking - ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology
- Skill in preparing engaging aids and plans
- Effective teaching and facilitation skills
- Organization and collaboration - accurately record data for training programs and coordinate with stakeholders during implementation
