Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Issue and reissue tickets
  • Keep productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team’s minimum standard
  • Carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks
  • Ensure that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard
  • Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate - Minimum Diploma 3 qualification from any major; vocational school graduates in tourism welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Preferably with work experience in airlines or travel industries, particularly as ticketing staff (1 year of GDS experience with Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
  • Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule
