Job Description

Peran seorang Relationship Manager, khususnya di bidang Quality Assurance merupakan sesuatu yang tidak kalah penting. Mereka harus dapat merumuskan SOP dan mengimplementasikan best practice/standar pelaksanaan enterprise quality assurance secara end to end, berkoordinasi dengan pengelola Enterprise Data Analyst terkait kebutuhan data. Selain itu, seorang Relationship Manager harus dapat memberikan informasi dan usulan kepada unit bisnis terkait kesuksesan pengelolaan setiap produk serta berkolaborasi dengan aspek Project Management terkait rencana, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Lulusan S1 dari jurusan Manajemen / Teknik Informatika / Teknik Industri / Komunikasi
  • IPK minimal 3,00
  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun
  • Menguasai aplikasi/tools terkait presentasi dan Quality Assurance
  • Memiliki kepribadian yang ramah. senang bersosialisasi dan percaya diri
  • Memiliki kemampuan presentasi dan persuasi yang baik
