Job Description
The Role
As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the client management team in all client requirements and handling any day-to-day activities for your assigned clients. This may include timeline and project management, implementation of several regulatory tasks such as ASC and DTI/FDA applications, local & regional client relationship maintenance and management, digital & integrated campaign management and other key tasks as required by the business and supervisor/s.

Key Responsibilities
- Client focus. A sense of responsibility towards each of your clients. Building value for clients through a strong understanding and proactive management of each account.
- Time management and detail focus. Effective time management and focus on meeting deadlines on projects. Spring attention to detail in all tasks to ensure high quality output for both the company and clients.
- Contract management and administration focus. Managing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to client accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations as well as local regulatory commissions.
- Leads generation focus. Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Identify and engage with potential clients, presenting our products/services.
- People Focus. Effective management and understanding of the people around you to successfully execute on projects and drive outstanding business results.
- Education focus. Proactive effort towards increasing your learning and personal development particularly in the areas of digital and social media.

Though majority of the job can be done remotely until further notice, the applicant may have to visit the office and go to Client and Supplier Meetings as needed. Applicants should ideally be based in Metro Manila, or are willing to travel to Metro Manila.
