Job Description
- Coordinate and plan logistics of deliveries and pullouts
- Ensure that customers are happy with our service by providing on-time delivery, complete orders, and quality set up
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and in supervising operations team
- Ensure that the items are delivered and returned in good condition with minimal or no losses/damages.
- Assist in the investigation of customer concerns and feedback, and come up with action plans to improve customer service.
- Close coordination with customers on orders, deliveries, and returns
- Supervise ingress and egress and oversee the inspection of returned items and ensure the efficiency of work.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Must have at least 1 year work related experience.
- Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate team and has good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Software such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Highly organized and has the ability to solve problems.
- Excellent management skills.
- Service-oriented and glad to satisfy customer needs.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Amenable to work in Matandang Balara, Quezon City.
- Willing to work in C&L Décor sister company of Borland Development Corporation.
