Job Description
- Help customers fully engage with their products by helping to advise customers on best use of their products.
- Finding out what drives customers, what their needs, and analyze these insights to develop or improve a product/service.
- Create marketing programs (including managing timeline and deliverables) which add value to our products and attract customers to use Jenius using multiple touch points.
- Demonstrated track record of building high-performing teams, developing and implementing strategic and operational plans, launching products, driving measurable results, and achieving exceptionally high levels of client satisfaction.
- Understand digital marketing to digitize interaction with customer is a plus.
- Planning and executing analysis to achieve KPI, including retention program, upselling program based on segmentation, customer engagement program, etc.
- Execute and owned end-to-end process of incentive and promotion based on data segmentation.
- Collaborate with other team to produce visual key, content, and communication channel based on segmentation.
- Present models, findings and insights to senior management and other vertical departments to drive business decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Academic Qualification : Min. Bachelor Degree (S1)
- 5 years of experience in business product development, customer service or eChannel
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to engage with different departments and ensure that projects are done timely and accurately.
- High curiosity.
- Enjoy data crunching.
- Strong decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and insight and understand the implications.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues.
- Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.
- Good understanding of technology developments and emerging consumer and industry trends and how they drive digital strategy.
