Job Description
- Identifying and assessing problems
- Troubleshooting and solving existing problems
- Providing on-call support
- Act as a consultant/advisor to others analysts
- Working with cross-functional teams
- Maintaining records and writing reports
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Conduct, analyze and review requirements gathering from stakeholders to understand pain point
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure that implementations meet specifications and quality standards
- Design complex business process and data models with multiple domains and layers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer science or Information System or related field
- Having minimum 1 year experience as Application support / IT Developer
- Experience in react js
- Strong knowledge in SQL Database (Query database)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Must have experience working with offshore team, internal development teams and business teams
