Job Description

Tanggung Jawab Utama
1. User & Application Support
• Menangani permintaan dan laporan gangguan dari user.
• Memberikan dukungan teknis pada aplikasi ERP.
• Menganalisis error aplikasi berdasarkan log, query, atau konfigurasi.
2. Database & SQL Support
• Melakukan query dasar–menengah pada SQL Server.
• Troubleshooting data issue berdasarkan permintaan unit.
• Membantu validasi data dan menyiapkan report berbasis SQL.
5. Tools & Ticketing Management
• Memahami software tracking seperti JIRA untuk mencatat, memonitor, dan menyelesaikan ticket.
• Melakukan update status sesuai SLA.
6. Communication & Coordination
• Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris, lisan maupun tulisan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan vendor/support global jika ada isu teknis.

Minimum Qualifications

Kualifikasi
• D3/S1 Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, atau setara.
• Menguasai Bahasa Inggris (aktif/pasif).
• Menguasai SQL Server & query.
• Familiar dengan software tracking seperti JIRA.
• Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan).
