- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications (frontend & backend).
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Design, manage, and optimize relational databases (MS SQL Server & MySQL).
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) throughout the SDLC.
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Strong experience in React.js and/or Next.js for frontend development.
- Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server and MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git, branching strategy, and code review practices.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (backend and/or frontend).
- Understanding of REST API design principles and system architecture concepts.
- Experience with Android Native development is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude.
