Job Description
- Working hour Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17.00 and Saturday 08:00 - 14:00
- Help our customer to be success by using our platform
- Handle feedback and complains from customer
- Support sales & marketing team
- Analyze the problem in our customer side
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from reputable university (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Interested with social media
- If you have a running online shop or business owner, that would be an advantageous
- Willing to involve and support for administrative work
- Able to work under pressure and fast pace
- Could adapt to the environment and quick learner
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
