Copywriter  

The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our team. As a Copywriter, you will craft engaging, persuasive, and on-brand content across various platforms — from digital to on-ground. Your work will play a key role in communicating our brand's message, driving customer engagement, and achieving marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Building:

• Independently and collaboratively ideate with other team members in developing creative and strategically-sound campaigns for multiple brands, and confidently present them at internal and external settings.

Content Creation:

• Develop compelling concepts and copy for social media, advertisements, video and event scripts, various prints and packaging, trade, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.

Brand Alignment:

• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's objective, strategy, tone, style, and messaging guidelines.

Campaign Support:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.

Market Research:

• Understand target audiences to tailor content to their preferences and needs and be on the know of the latest trends in different social media platforms.

Editing and Proofreading:

• Review and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy. Understand client and team feedback to further improve marketing campaigns.

Campaigns and Events Support :

• Availability to attend shoots and events to help brief and support needed deliverables, including but not limited to spiel edits, and minimal video shoot and edits.

SEO Integration:

• Optimize content with relevant keywords to improve search engine rankings.

Key Qualities we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in Copywriter.
• Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role with digital marketing experience.
• Deliver creativity, understand social media trends, and consistently produce output with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the creatives team, and with other departments, such as strategy and client management.
• Must reside in the Metro Manila area.
• Flexible to work hybrid for shoots, events, productions, and client meetings, within Metro Manila, when needed.
• Ability to take directions, refine work based on feedback, and meet brand standards.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (proficiency in Malay/Chinese is a bonus).
• Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and content management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with efficiency and quality.
