Job Description
- Monitor and responsible for internal and external audit processes
- Maintain record of all quality data and documents controlled forms related.
- Update information on all compliance requirements
- Ensure the conformance of position through audits and evaluations and file related audit records.
- Remove all obsolete controlled documents when new revisions are released.
- Perform both internal audit and be the counterpart of external audit (3rd party customer audit) in regards to the compliance
- Analyze and improve Standard Operational Procedure
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or bachelor degree in Engineering, Information System, Information Technology and Management Information
- Fluent in English (Speak & Written)
- Minimum 3 Years in the related field is required for this position
- Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA) ISO 27001
- Audit, Compliance, analytical skill, problem solving skill
- Able to work precisely, quickly, effectively and efficiently
- Able to work under pressure, discipline, firm, honest and responsible
- Good Communication Skill
- Able to work in team and independently
- Willing to Work in Cibitung
